Angelo Oddi
    Angelo Oddi is a research scientist for the Institute of Cognitive Science and Technology of the Italian National Research Council (ISTC-CNR), where he is an active member of the Planning and Scheduling Team (PST). He received a master degree ("Laurea") in Electronic Engineering, and a Ph.D. ("Dottorato di Ricerca") in Computer Science at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" in 1997.

    His work focuses on the application of Artificial Intelligence techniques for scheduling problem solving, automated planning and temporal reasoning. Regarding his professional activities, he has published various articles, both in important journals and in proceedings of international conferences in the field. He has a vast experinece in the design of intelligent systems for real-world applications. In particular, he participates in important projects financed by the Italian and European Space Agencies (ASI/ESA) concerning the development of intelligent mission planning support software.
